COLORS and FINISHES Due to variations in computer monitor settings, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from the photos viewed on this site. And, as with all natural materials, variations in graining and coloration will occur for all wood products. PAYMENT and ORDER PROCESSING Adept Engraving LLC will not begin processing an order until payment has been verified. Once payment has been verified, the processing of your order will begin and your order will be shipped upon completion. PRODUCT RETURNS We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will repair it or replace the item or issue a refund at our option. LEAD TIMES Orders placed on this site will be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving valid payment and clear personalization input. We ship by UPS Ground service. UPS Ground will take anywhere from 1-6 business days to reach you depending on your distance from our shop in Northern Wisconsin.
